Abstract This proposal will build a complete census of stellar streams originating from Galactic globular clusters within the HLWAS footprint. We will develop a full pipeline required to detect streams in Roman data, test it on a realistic mock stellar catalog, and optimize it using the Medium Field 1 data during the first two years of HLWAS. For the first time, we will likely reveal the stream of the Palomar 3 cluster in this field. The potential stellar stream of Palomar 3 will serve as a laboratory to test the performance of the detection pipeline, quantifying the purity and completeness of the stream membership. The detection of this extremely distant stream in the Milky Way will allow us to directly measure the dark matter mass of the Milky Way out to 100 kpc, and the dynamics and stellar composition of the cluster itself.
